In your letter of 12 July 2000  to Mr. Gary McKim you

informed the Commission that Trent Radio BY-LAW NO. 1

would be amended by making an addendum to Article

3.01 relating to the qualification and term of the

Board of Directors. In order to up-date our file,

would you please provide the Commission with a copy

of the new revised BY-LAW.
