Report of the Social Secretary for Trent Radio AGM 13 Feb 99

During the year 1999 the Social Committee's main focus was the
holding of Radio Salons, generally in conjunction with guest
artists at the Experimental Music Workshop.  Guests included
composer/magazine editor/instrument inventor, Gayle Young;
improvisational vocalist and poet Paul Dutton; "Deep Listening"
expert Ann Bourne; and media specialist Allison Hearn.  The
events were held at the Hangman Pub, and were well attended.
