Operations Report for BoD 22 March 2001 The overdraft position of $2,130.72 shown on 28 Feb 01 was corrected with a deposit of $24,726.00 from a draw of Student Memberships the following day. The transmitter has been repaired and we have four spare sets of matched transistors should the problem occur again. The $3,200 expense to repair the transmitter has been largely offset by billings of $2,600 for Trent U web presentation audio production charges, and a generous donation from the Addison family in Aurora of $300. The University has a new Director of Finance and it is hoped that a levy reconciliation and reporting protocol can be pulled together by representatives of the interested parties over the summer. We are exploring UNIX based computer logging systems, based on the work of Tom Clegg at Kootney Coop Radio in Nelson B.C. It might be noted that KCR purchased Trent Radio's previous QEI transmitter, and we have sent along some unused audio processing equipment designed by John Scott. John K Muir, VP & GM
