- The second floor extension exterior re-stained.
- All exterior painted surfaces prepared and re-painted.  Window mullions, inspected and re-puttied as necessary.

Replace Shingles on Whole House	$6,292

General repairs and maintenance
- Eavestrough repaired and cleaned out.
- Pigeons evicted and nests removed.
- Tree branches near the house cut back to avoid roof damage and squirrel traffic. 
- General litter cleanup of property, especially to the rear of the building.
- The clutter under the porch should be removed
- The basement should be swept clean and tidied.
- Window cleaning - especially second floor office windows.
- Coordinating building access and parking for the roofing contractor during the period Shingles

It is recommended that the VHS tape should be replaced if continued long term use of
the Panasonic AG-5210 Video Cassette Recorder as a audio logger is anticipated.
