MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TRENT RADIO, 
        held at AJM Smith Conference Room in the Bata Library, Peterboro, 
        Ontario, on 30 November 1994 at Midnight. 

P R E S E N T :
        John Muir, Brenda Sedgwick, David Creighton, Mia Biasicci, Andrew 
        Cousins, Jennifer Long, and H J Windeler, being Directors of the 
        Corporation, 


The Meeting was called to order, Brenda Sedgwick acted as Chair and 
Harrison John Windler acted as Secretary of the Meeting. 

All of the Directors of the Corporation being present in person, the 
meeting was declared to be regularly constituted.  An agenda was agreed 
upon and discussion followed. 

Upon a MOTION duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, be resolved 
that; the current Trent Radio staff consisting of Rob Phillips (station 
manager), Cathy Murray (music director) and Marlon Hazlewood (technical 
coordinator) be confirmed in there positions

Upon a MOTION duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, be resolved 
that; Brenda Sedgwick shall act as President and Chair of the Corporation 
until and including the next meeting.

It was noted at this time that the Board meeting shall be convened on 
Friday, 3 December 1993, in the Senior Common Room at Peter Robinson 
College at 2 pm

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
