MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TRENT RADIO,
        held at The Jolly Hangman Pub, Peter Robinson College, Trent
        University, Peterborough Ontario, on 3 December 1996.

P R E S E N T:
        Barb Bell, Andrew Fogarasi, Dean Girard, Lisa Howard, Danielle
        Tassie, and Emily Watkins; being Directors of the Corporation.

Also present: John Muir, GM

R E G R E T S: Franca Cioffi.

The meeting was called to order at 9:05 p.m. with Andrew Fogarasi acting
as Chair and Lisa Howard acting as secretary.

With all the directors being notified of the time and place of the
meeting, discussion followed.

Upon a MOTION duly made, seconded and carried be it resolved to appoint
Andrew Fogarasi as President and Chair.

Upon a MOTION duly made, seconded and carried be it resolved to appoint
Lisa Howard as Secretary Treasurer.

Upon a MOTION duly made, seconded and carried be it resolved to confirm
John K Muir as Vice-President and General Manager.

It was noted at this time that Barbara Woolner is confirmed in the
position of Programme Director.

The time was set for the next Board of Directors meeting: 2:00 p.m.
6 December 1996, at Peter Robinson College Senior Common Room.

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
