  ready by Thanksgiving.  $5,500

  Generic account for JPIKE and index tool available for WEB archive

  LAN & Net link about $50/machine ... $500.00

  Cataloguing/Desk top Publishing set-up  $500.00

  An online data entry system for logging music sheet is STILL in the
  works.  Will NOT be ready for Labour Day.

Physical Plant
  K Rawlings ... basement clean-up ... overall painting and
  tidying. Work continues with porch, stairs, Ops room and
  cupboard floors to be painted this weekend

  George Street foundation needs repair

  Lock to be re-keyed 19Aug97.  New passage set to Main Entrance
   six weeks

  Nicole Bauberger has agreed to change the sign to 92.7 F.M.

  Jim Gleason to build mailer unit during shutdown

  Bill Hodgson to repair Studio Mic logic add HPhone jacks and
   balance line levels to CHEX during shutdown.

  Danielle suggested a fish tank as an improvement to TR's decor. ??

Grants & Earned
  CROP Grant - filing is complete and they are very happy with TRadio.

  OSWP award $3,500 (what we asked for) TR portion $1,200
  no position to be paid more than $900

  A concert with IMBAYACUNA is set for Sunday 12 October at GBT.  Band
  takes door less TR expenses & % ?.  TR provides publicity. GBT takes bar
  and provides sound and band refreshment and dinner. Workshop 2-5 PWYC;
  Concert $12 & $6; Dance $3

  T-shirt: close to break even or half now sold.

  Sponsorship: Steven May has taken over from Norm McHardy until Labour Day.

  Syndicated Broadcasts: 7-8a Mon-Fri = 260 hours
