TRENT RADIO MINUTES                                       6 December 1997

         MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TRENT RADIO, 
         held at the Jolly Hangman, Peter Robinson College, George 
         Street North, Peterborough Ontario, on Saturday 6 December 1997 
         at 5 o'clock in the afternoon. 

P R E S E N T:
         Grant Ball, Barb Bell, Ester Caldwell, Franca Cioffi Andrew 
         Parker, Nick Smith and Bill Thompson 

         being all of the Directors of the Corporation

Also present: John Muir, General Manager & Andrew Fogarasi

The meeting was called to order at 5 p.m. with Franca Cioffi acting as 
Chair and Lisa Howard acting as Secretary. 

With all the Directors being present in person, the meeting was declared 
regularly constituted.  An agenda was agreed upon and discussion 
followed. 

UPON A MOTION duly made, seconded, and carried it was resolved that 
Franca Cioffi be appointed as interim President and Chair of the 
Corporation until the next meeting of the Board. 

The date and time of the next meeting were set for the Head Office of 
the Corporation, 715 George Street North on Wednesday, 10 December 1997 
at 6 o'clock in the afternoon. 

The being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
