Notes to General Manager's Report for the BoD  27 May 98 

Financial Statements for 31 Mar 98 were not available at the last meeting.  
Please statements for 30 April 1998 attached. Subsequent to 30 April we have 
received, about $1,000 from Sponsorships, about $1,550 on the Brokered 
programming receivable and a commitment from Canada in the amount of $3836 
for the SCP grant. 
  
Maintenance:  Both VCR machines (used as loggers) have be cleaned and 
aligned. (Lonie at Trent Stereo & TV) All equipment in Studio A has been 
cleaned.  In addition a new LEATHER arm rest and tally strip were assembled 
and installed. Very nice work by K Rawlings. 
  
OWSP:  Ontario work study applications are under construction and shall be 
available in time for the Board meeting. 

Radio Drama:  "McDerrick's" the third and final production is about one week 
away from completion. 

Summer 98 Operations:  The transition to the summer season has gone almost 
too smoothly.  Our experience of the last few years and its documentation 
has stood us in good stead AND our Summer Coordinator is doing a first rate 
job.
