Subject: GM99 Employment Contract Cheat Sheet from 24Jun98 BoD Minutes: UPON A MOTION duly made, seconded and carried unanimously, it was resolved that Bill Thompson as President and Barb Bell shall negotiate an agreement with Mr. Muir as provided by his employment contract, which shall be presented to the Board at the next meeting for their consideration. Personnel Committee Meeting: 15Jul98 /w Bill Thompson, Barb Bell and John Muir Recommendations: Trent Radio shall pay the General Manager the sum of $5,000 on or before 30 September 2004, in consideration, without prejudice, and as a fraction of salary, benefit and overtime waived in the period 1 Jan 98 to 31 Aug 98 pursuant to the contract of employment agreed to on 14 Nov 1997. This sum shall be credited as a long term liability in the books of the Corporation. The annual increase for the General Manager's salary and benefits shall be set at 2.5%, such that the salary shall be $26,650, the health benefit shall be $1,045.80, and the reimbursement for employee owned auto costs shall be $430.80, pursuant to the employment contract dated 14 Nov 98. The rate of reimbursement for approved out of town trips shall remain at $0.25/km It was noted that the General Manager shall take two weeks paid overtime in lieu of pay after Y/E 98.
