MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TRENT RADIO MEETING, held
       at the Jolly Hangman, Peter Robinson College, 751 George Street
       on 22 Nov 1998 at 4:15 p.m.

P R E S E N T:
        Grant Ball, Lauren Hughes, Derek Martin and Ellen Waterman.

R E G R E T S:
        Emily Addison, Nancy Logger and Barb Bell.

Also Present: John K. Muir, General Manager

Notice of this meeting, having been duly communicated to the Directors,
by virtue of the notice of the AGM, and a quorum being present, the
meeting was called to order declared duly constituted at 4:15 p.m., with
Grant Ball acting as Chair and John K Muir acting as Secretary.

PREVIOUS MINUTES:
The previous minutes of the Board meeting held just prior the the AGM, will
be presented at the next Board Meeting.

An agenda was presented and discussion followed.

UPON A MOTION duly made, seconded and carried it was resolved that Grant
Ball shall act as Chair and President until the next meeting of the Board.

It was noted that the next meeting is being for 11 o'clock a.m. on Friday,
27 Nov 1998, to be held in either the Mezzanine or the SCR of Peter
Robinson College.

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
