Propaganda and Community Links Committee for the BoD March 5 1999 Prepared by Emily Addison Unfortunately to other major pulls on my life, primarily academic, I have been unable to make much progress in my committee area this month. However, after my seemingly endless number of essays are under control, I plan to get a lot more done. This month I have just brainstormed some ideas for the promoting of Trent Radio through radio as I said I would do last report. These will hopefully get underway this month. Also this month, the planning stages will begin for a Radio Day On The Front Lawn so promote Trent Radio. The idea is to promote Trent Radio to the public, and since George Street is such a well passed road, what better then to advertise with some neat action on our lawn. As a follow up to the idea of On The Road Again, I received this email: Thanks for your e-mail to On The Road Again. We certainly appreciate the time you've taken to get in touch with us to tell us about Trent Radio, CFFF. Many a TV person have their roots in radio. You certainly seem to have been bitten by the bug. I've passed your information along to our show researchers who will certainly be in touch if they can use the idea in the show. We have made no decisions yet as to what we will be shooting for our next season and please keep in mind that with so many great ideas coming in from viewers all across the country, the hardest part is decided which stories to feature on the show. Again, thank you for thinking of us and please continue to join us for On The Road Again. Sincerely, Leigh Robinson Production Coordinator On The Road Again
