Propaganda and Community Links Committee Report      For June 17, 1999

This is a very short report because there have not been advances in the
committee area.  Like Nancy, I've been settling into the summer
executive stuff and with starting a new job, moving into a new house,
etc., I have not had much time to head something up.  I apologize for
this and hope to make advancements over the summer.
