PROGRAMME DIRECTOR'S REPORT 09 Dec 1999 - Barb Woolner What has Happened? * Pre-season Programming started 7 Sep 99 (8am-10pm Mon-Fri). * Deadline for programme proposals was Friday, 17 September at noon. Foreground content requirements appear clearly understood and acted upon. * Interviews were conducted by the Programme Director and every applicant was invited to attend studio training * A space in the schedule was set aside (Fridays 4-5pm) for people to do Special shows. It is primarily used by people who have great ideas for regular programmes, but can not be scheduled due to timetable conflicts. * Canadian Content requirements may be amended by the CRTC.
